At Thrislington, we want our clients to understand our products and feel the same way we do about them. To help with this process we have a team of technical managers who can visit your premises to discuss your project, show a mini cubicle sample to highlight the technical merits of our cubicles, complete a short presentation on our product range or undertake a CPD. We believe in detail, in fact we live for it, and our external technical team can provide this level of advice, no matter what the project or its location.
In addition to our external team, we have internal technical staff who can help develop your ideas from initial concept to realisation, however bespoke they may first appear.
This service includes material samples, help with mood boards, design advice, drawing support, and even mock up products so you can get the look and feel of a finished installation.
We offer a full quoting service against either drawings or bills of quantities, including comparative prices across our range (and with different finishes), enabling you to make an assessment of not only whether the products meet your design intent, but also if they fit within budget parameters.
If you prefer to go it alone, our brochures and websites (the family) are full of useful details and specification information that can be used to create a washroom using our products. But please do give us a call with any questions.
Drawing and Surveys
We care passionately about how our products look when installed and are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of clients/architects. Once an order is placed, we take care of the project from the initial approval drawings, through to a site measure, manufacturing drawings, and finishing with a package of as built drawings and an O&M manual.
The installation section of our quotation includes for a survey of the site in advance of manufacture so we know that, when it arrives at site, the product will fit perfectly - measure twice and cut once has always been our mantra. This ensures we know the project will be completed correctly within the timescale, and to the highest standards. All our surveying team are employees with many years of experience.
The surveying team also undertake risk assessments and completes the regulatory health and safety audits to ensure that we conform to local legislation and operational standards.
Our product is special to us, so prior to installation, it is critical that it’s handled correctly. We have invested in specialist equipment to deliver the product to site, in fact you can see one of our vehicles in the timeline pages.
When working overseas, we ensure that products are packaged securely and with a high level of protection. This ensures that it survives the journey and is easily identified when it arrives at site.

There's always more work we can do in this area, so we'll keep pushing on till we crack everything that can be cracked.
Unlike our competitors we don’t just sell the product at the back door, we supply and install worldwide, to ensure that our installations looks as good as designed.
The installation team are our employees, supplied with training, vehicles, tools, PPE, clothing, in fact everything necessary to ensure that the required standards are met. The majority of our fitters have worked for the company for many years and share our commitment and passion to install products so they fit perfectly and continue to perform as intended.
The team are managed from our head-office and are regularly visited by their supervisors, so we can discuss the progress of the installation and if required try to accommodate changes in plans that sometimes arise.
