Houston Centre
Houston Center is an urban, mixed-use office campus in the heart of Houston's downtown connected to over 196,000 square foot of select shopping, dining and service options.
We were pleased to install our Flow compact grade cubicles in their fitness center bathroom and shower areas.
We worked with the architect, Gensler, and distributor Fast Track Specialties, to achieve their ideal specification, including a 300mm gap at the cubicle's top for added light and ventilation. The gap was also created as the customer did not want to add individual exhaust fans and sprinklers into each stall.
Some of the Flow cubicles, which were particularly shallow, have an unusual cut out at the base. This was done to meet ADA code which requires a 9" floor gap underneath the disabled cubicle, to allow for wheelchair wheels, if there isn't sufficient depth in the cubicle.
