Our integrated Smart LED is normally situated at high level, to provide users with an immediate indication of occupancy, which is critical in high traffic areas. LED Indicators can also help in reducing queues, encouraging social distancing and increasing user privacy. The Smart cubicle elevates the user experience by reducing stock-outs of consumables, as staff can dynamically replenish toilet tissues and other consumables based on traffic patterns, without the need to rely on fixed schedules.

Real-time cubicle occupancy information enables users to avoid crowded washrooms.
The screen situated outside each washroom shows not only the cubicle availability for that washroom, but also others nearby, thereby providing users a choice of which to use.

Our cloud-based system provides a visual dashboard for the whole facility, and can also drill down to the cubicle-level detail of each washroom. The Smart cubicle also provides standard and customisable reports and trend analyses, such as cubicle usage counts, duration of occupancy and preferred/avoided cubicles. These reports can help to create maintenance schedules and refine planning decisions over the number of cubicles included in the design of future fit-outs.
easy connectivity: for simple use
Engaging or unlocking the latch activates the Smart LED, which sends occupancy data to the gateway via embedded Bluetooth (BLE). The gateway provides a timestamp for each occupancy event and sends data to the cloud via secure LTE cellular service or through your WiFi, LAN or Ethernet connection. The cloud then supplies all information for washroom displays and facility analytics. Data analytics powered by the artificial intelligence engine of Zan Compute Inc.

Smart system and washroom cubicles can be installed simultaneously. Smart uses standard 110V AC outlets for all power needs (one plug for each bank of cubicles with a 12V transformer, and one plug for each gateway package).
